Send a Flower Stand to a Concert in Japan
Supporting your favorite idol, K-POP artist, seiyuu or VTuber from overseas? We design, build and deliver custom flower stands (flasta) to concert venues across Japan — regulations checked, delivery and removal included.
Why fans send flower stands (flasta)
In Japanese fan culture, sending a decorated flower stand to a concert or event is one of the most visible ways to celebrate your oshi. Stands are displayed at the venue entrance where the artist and thousands of fans see them — often decorated with balloons, illustrated panels, and messages from fan communities around the world.
How it works (100% online)
- Contact us with the event name, date, venue and your budget. English is welcome.
- We check the official regulations for your specific event (size limits, delivery windows, removal rules) so your flowers are accepted.
- Design approval — we propose a design based on your oshi's colors and your ideas. Panels and balloons can be added.
- Delivery & removal — we deliver to the venue on the event day and take the stand away afterwards. You receive a photo of the finished stand.

FAQ
Can I order a flower stand from outside Japan?
Yes. Many of our customers are overseas fans. You can complete the entire process online: contact us in English, approve the design, and we deliver the flower stand to the venue in Japan on the event day.
How much does a flower stand (flasta) cost?
Custom flower stands start from 22,000 JPY (roughly 150 USD). The final price depends on size, decorations (balloons, panels, plush toys) and the venue. We will give you a clear quote before you pay.
Do you check the venue and event regulations?
Yes, always. Japanese concerts have strict rules for congratulatory flowers (size, delivery time, removal). We check the official regulations for your specific event and build the stand within the rules, so your flowers will not be rejected.
Which venues do you cover?
We deliver to major venues nationwide including Tokyo Dome, Kyocera Dome Osaka, Osaka-jo Hall, Saitama Super Arena, K-Arena Yokohama, Zepp venues and many more, from our own studios in Tokyo and Osaka.
What about removal after the event?
In our main service areas we also handle removal (kaishu) after the show, which many venues require. You do not need to arrange anything locally.
How do I pay from overseas?
Payment methods are confirmed during the consultation. Please contact us first with your event details and we will guide you through the available options.
